Hi All,

I need to create the"fyi" Notification for the recommended learning programs, 

When the supervisor recommends the Learning program to their employees and employee has an ability to accept or reject the recommended learning program so I need to generate the "fyi" Notification and it should go to the particular supervisor and also a learning specialist.
