Hi, I am reviewing Oracle® Fusion Applications Administrator's Guide and it has section with steps and procedure to mask the data in all fusion applications. I know that Oracle provides the service by paid subscription to mask it during refresh but is it really possible for administrator from the customer team can do this in Cloud HCM/Finance application with out Oracle's support. 

I thought that the document was related to On-premise fusion application but one of my team members says it applies to Cloud HCM/finance application also. Could anyone please confirm this? I am attached the administrative document also in this topic for reference.
