Hi All


We are trying to upload payroll interface file using Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS) by passing following parameters and getting following status message

"="StatusMessage">Content item 'PayrollInterface' was not successfully checked in. User 'HCM.USER' does not have sufficient privileges".

HCM User that is being used by ICS has been assigned roles a. Upload data from Human Capital Management file based Import and b. Download data from Human Capital Management file based Export

Can anyone please help in giving a link or pre-requisite for uploading HCM files using Oracle ICS? Thanks in advance.
