Hi Team,

I am unable to create Oracle Database Cloud Instance , getting below error:

"Could not connect to Oracle Storage Cloud Service using given user name and password"

Below is a synopsis:

1. I can create database instance with Backup Destination = None

2. Below is the Backup and recovery configuration

           Backup Destination = Cloud Storage Only

           Cloud Storage Container =  Storage-<my-Identity_domain>/<my backup>

    The storage container is running and I can access the admin console with same password.

I did some research and found metalink document 2180873.1 and removed special character from the admin password. Still facing same issue.
