Email worklist notifications on personal email

Hello,
For most of our users we are using the personal email instead of the professional email when they are registered in the system (part of our process). We have found out that by default, even when personal email is primary email, the transactional worklist notifications are not sent as the "Business Email" is the email used for these kind of email notifications.
Is there any configuration we can do to change this?
REQUIREMENT:
Personal Email address is used for BPM worklist notifications (transactional) even if professional email (business email) is not completed.
