EL Expression - How to display BIP report on application

Hi Team,

We have created a BIP report and would like line managers to access the same.

Does anyone know how to create a link on MSS for line managers to access the report?

In the past, I had done this using EL - HTML markup but I don't remember it now. Or does anyone know how to use HTML markup in EL?
