Dependents Turning 26 Report Scheduling

Hi All,

Our benefits team has a business requirement to have a report generated at the beginning of each quarter that lists all of the dependents who will be turning 26 that quarter. I'm trying to work through how best to build and schedule this - anyone do something similar or have a great idea about how to approach this?
