Summary

Knowledge articles not showing up in Service Requests

Hi All, 

We have created multiple knowledge articles and now trying to access them from the SR.

When we search for the article it gives an error " Knowledge application not available at this time....."

Also recommended articles are also not showing up. Can anyone point us to any missing setup?
