Person Criteria - Top Organization not working

Hello,

We have used Business Units to create an Organizational Hierarchy consisting of 5 levels. We want to use these Organizational levels while creating Global Access Groups or Learning Assignments. In the Learning Setup area we have configured the Learner Selection Criteria selecting our Organizational Tree structure. Find attached a screenshot of the setup.

While creating a learning assignment or access group, we select a Business Unit in the "Top Organization" field but there is never any learners. When I use the same Business Unit in the Business Unit field, there are learners appearing.

Howdy, Stranger!
