Hi All,

We have enabled the News Feed layout recently and found using custom role while click on quick action Manage Talent Profile under employement section unable to search other employees qualification , it displays user's itself Skills and Qualification.

Same thing if i am checking in Person Management able to search other employees and check their skills and Qualification.

Kindly Please help do i need to add some duties or Privileges in my custom role?
