We have a requirement that when an employee hires to the company. That particular employee enrolls for the “Probationary Casual Leave Plan”. That Probationary casual leave plan is Accrue half day for every completed month until that particular employee gets permanent. Once that employee becomes permanent, he/she will not eligible for the “Probationary Casual leave Plan”. Instead of that, they will be enrolling in the “Casual Leave Plan”. The problem is, at the year that the employee gets permanent his/her leave entitlement under “Casual leave plan” 7 days minus completed leaves under “Probationary Casual Leave plan” in that calendar year. Next
