Address changing issue

When changing an address, there appears to be an issue when you go back to edit it after the first submission

On the Personal Details quick action when a user goes to change their address they can change and submit the address with no issue.

The problem arises when they go back to edit the address again and then immediately cancel the transaction.

The problem goes away if the user simply waits a little bit and refreshes the page a few times. But it is reproducible each time you edit -> wait -> edit -> cancel the transaction.
