Report needed on users created but have never logged in

I am after a report of all users who have accounts on the system (in our case created by an API) but have never logged in. Does anyone have one.

We want to use it to give the users a nudge to log on. We believe that some users are not logging on within the just under 7 days that the initial password is valid (max allowed 9999 minutes). That means that we will need to reset them. So, also, does anyone know how not to have a password timeout when it is created automatically?
