Same auto reconciliation rule not working for a particular profile.

We are trying to auto reconcile a few profiles if the GL balances match a predetermined value. The profiles use a account analysis method. We are using Balance is with range option and setting the same value in both upper limit and lower limit. However, one profile is not auto reconciling when we use the above approach.

The only difference in the profiles that is not auto reconciling is that in Data Management, in the Data Load Workbench, there are multiple records (line item) for that profile. The profiles that are auto reconciling successfully have only one record (line item) in the Data Load Workbench.
