How to massively load grades for each employee

Hello experts,

Last year I have loaded both work terms and assignment information for each worker in order to update workers' organizational data (i.e Position, Department).

Now I should load the grade code for each employee. As during this period some many manual changes have been done by our customer, we need to load grades.

At this moment I am using the following format to load grade data, but for some employee it gives me an error message: METADATA|Assignment|AssignmentId|WorkTermsAssignmentId|EffectiveStartDate|EffectiveSequence|EffectiveLatestChange|GradeCode

Do you know another format to load grades?
