Time Types missing from the calculated Time Card region as well as hours are mismatching

Hi All,

         We recently upgraded to 19D and even before the upgrade we are seeing this issue that certain Time Types have gone missing from the calculated Time region after we click next. Now once we submit and approve we found out that the reported and calculated time don't match.

None of the setups are changed. Now another point is that if I try to resubmit that time sheet again it starts appearing.

Nothing has changed but there is a massive Mismatch in the report and the calculated hours.

Please let me know what can be the issue
