Which is the preferred way to build a FRS report, Oracle Hyperion FRS ( Desktop App) or FRS Web Studio ?

We've been facing lot of issues with Web Studio that, it is taking longer time to perform a single action such as POV selection, Dimention Layout member selection and so on.. 

In a nutshell, a single mouse pointer click will take lot of time to produce the action output in web studio. Although, I heared somewhere around that, Oracle suggested to use Web studio instead of FRS tool.
