Unable to use People group into the person management area

The people group is frozen even after People group Key flex field is deployed

Hi All,

We have Created a People group in the Key Flex field area. Once completed it deployed the Key flex field. However, still, we cannot see the people group in the person management area. Is there is any other configuration needs to be done? Please be kind to share knowledge.
