First Approver Line Manager and then to a Specific User

Hi Experts!

I have a business requirement where absence records must be approved by the line manager of the requester and then second level approval has to be sent for approval of a specific person.

To cater this requirement I have used Management Hierarchy block and User block. In the user block Application role is provided where the approval will be sent those who have assigned the job role.

Issue here is I do not see the 2nd level in the approval flow, rather only see line manager name.
