The system is not capturing half day holidays when an employee is submitting PTO timeContent
We have some countries that have the day before the actual holiday, a half day. When setting up calendar events, the system only allows it to be set up as a 'half day for elapsed work schedules'. We are currently utilizing 'Time' type of work schedules. So when an employee takes PTO, it does not account for the half day prior to the holiday. Is there a way to set this up in the system? I had opened two SR's on this topic and both instances, have been told it's an ER. This is not a feasible answer, considering there
