Disable 'Meal In' button on Web Clock until after 30 min elapsed

Currently have a requirement to not allow employees to clock back in from a meal until at least 30 minutes have passed since selecting 'Meal Out'.

Has anyone dealt with a similar requirement and know of a way to either 1) disable the 'Meal In' button until after 30 min after the 'Meal Out' has been selected or 2) Display a message on the web clock if an employee attempts to clock back prior to 30 minutes after selecting 'Meal Out'

Howdy, Stranger!
