Changing the descriptions on the card display

Content

On the home page, when a user clicks on an icons such as Personal Information or Checklist tasks, the person spotlight opens and displays several cards such as Personal Details, My Compensation, Current Tasks and so on. I have been able to change the header of these cards but I cannot find where to change the description on these cards. Are we able to change the descriptions?
