NUX - rule for Action Manage Employment

Hi

I saw in the HCM Experience Design Studio that I can set a rule for Action Manage Employment

Does anyone know to which page does this refer to? Is there another profile for this?

I don’t see the rules when I go to Person Management => Search employee => enter the employee’s manage employment page => Edit => Update

Or when I go to Person Management => Search employee => Manage Employment from action/quick action menus
