Hello, I need help with below requirement:

One rate record will have 2 or 3 base costs. How can we have an accessorials apply to a specific base cost?
Example:
Accessorial A is 10% of Base Cost 1
Accessorial B is 15% of Base Cost 2

Can this be achieved using any standard rate basis?
