What are the various benefit plans to which the workers have enrolled, by various years?

Looking at the Benefits - Enrollments Real Time subject area's business question it is noted that the subject area has attributes that will answer this question. Does anyone know which attributes help define the different years? If you created a report that shows all the benefits/by year that an employee was enrolled in or can point me to a canned report that would be very helpful!
