Require Approvals for Name Changes

Is there any way to require approvals for First Name and Last Name changes?

Hello,

As the summary says, we need to require approvals for First Name and Last Name changes.

Currently, there's only approvals required for Last Name changes in our configuration. We would like to add First Names as well. 

Also in our configuration, Last Names are required, and First Names are not. I am unsure if that matters in this situation, but that's the state of affairs on our Personal Details page.
