Comp Plan needs to pay at current Pay Rate

Summary

Compensatory Plan not Paying at current rate

Content

We created an Absence Plan, Compensatory Time Off, using the Compensatory Time Absence Plan Type which is required in order for employees to accrue into Compensatory Time Off buckets on their timecards. After changing salaries on employees, we noticed that Compensatory Time is paying at the rate when the time was loaded or earned for the employee and not at their current rate of pay similar to all other Absence Plans.

Currently the City is working around this by manually changing the rate in Payroll for each Comp Time absence, for each Employee. This is inefficient due to the number of employees at the City having Compensatory Time Off and taking Comp Time as an Absence. We need to correct this issue and pass the correct current rate of pay instead of manually adjusting it at a granular level.

Howdy, Stranger!
