I was wondering if there is a way to remove large amounts of people from a Skill once they are in a Removed status. I don't think there is a way to do this, as I've been trying everyrhing... I'm sure it is wishful thinking, but I figured it did not hurt to check here! 

Our company assigns various Skills to team members based on certain roles, when someone leaves the company through, they still remain on the skills list. I know I can pull reports and filter out the removed but I frequently have to go into the skill and update the record manually for users. For one of our Skills we have over 717 pages to go through. That page number could be significantly lower if I was able to eliminate the Removed users. Does anyone know if there is a way to do this?
