Is it possible to create a Requisition Line or a Purchase Order line with $0.00 Amount?

Summary

We have a requirement to show "Free" items on a Requisition/Purchase Order. For example, a vendor is giving 2 free items if the company buys 10. In this case they want to show 10 at the full price.

We have a requirement to show "Free" items on a Requisition/Purchase Order. For example, a vendor is giving 2 free items if the company buys 10. In this case they want to show 10 at the full price and then 2 at $0.00 instead of averaging the cost of 12 by the total being charged.

Is there some functionality that I can enable to allow users to create a "Free" line item that is $0.00?
