Action dropdown is not working in Manage Organization Trees

Hello Everyone,

Action dropdown is not populating any LOV values in Manage Organization Trees.

Does anyone facing the same issue ? Lot of conversion activities have been pending due to this issue, Since we would have to update our Project Hierarchy Tree. I see this same issue in Manage Account Hierarchies as well. This occurs after 19 Upgrade.
