How to do mass password change via HDL

Hi,

We have to set passwords for a lot of users.

Is their any option to do it via HDL?

I have tried to use the HDL below:

METADATA|User|PersonNumber|CredentialsEmailSent
MERGE|User|9992|N

And then run the ESS process Send User Name and Password E-Mail Notifications but got an error.

In addition, is their any option to resend a welcome notification?
