How to navigate to a flow using dropdown?

The requirement is  to navigate to different flows by clicking on values of dropdown list. If I try to create an on-click event for this purpose it navigate to the selected flow just by clicking the dropdown, without a particular value being selected.

Picture is attached for the reference, which shows the dropdown (Select One) in designer and the flows on the left.
