NUX Missing apps and tabs on mobile device

When logging into HCM Cloud on a mobile device, applications and tabs are missing from our list.



As the summary says, whenever we log on to HCM cloud using a mobile device, we don't see some applications (Namely: Performance and Goal Management). They also don't appear in the navigator. 

This is only on a mobile device. If we use a desktop, we see the applications and tabs

In a case for one of my colleagues, she can't see the apps, tabs, and even most of the quick actions. 

Here are the 4 profiles we modified from the default:
