Query about customising Roles - removing Setup and Maintenance and access to Chart of Accounts Tasks

Hi,

I have a query about 19D (11.13.19.10.0).

A user has access to the "Cash Manager" Role (Role Code: ORA_CE_CASH_MANAGER_JOB).

When they have access to this Role, I notice that they get 2 things (amongst lots of others):

1. Access to Setup and Maintenance
2. Access from Setup and Maintenance > Tasks > Search to lots of stuff related to Chart of Accounts tasks such as Define Chart of Accounts > Manage Chart of Accounts etc (

I'd like to work out if:

1. I can remove access to Setup and Maintenance - and if so - how?
2. I can prevent the role from accessing the Chart of Accounts options.
