Validations in Document Records for Dates

Need validations on the date type fields in document of records

Hello Experts,

We have a requirement wherein we have to create a document of record but with several validations. As far as I know, document of record supports very limited validations currently but still I wanted to check if, with the new updates, document of records has also been enhanced or not to support the extensive validations.

Scenario:

We have certain fields of DATE type in the document of records and need below-listed validations:

1. Fields: Previous Job Start and End Date

Validation: If the end date entered is before the Start Date of the job then the system should validate the dates and show the error message.
