V3 Seniority Dates - More Filters or Eligibility Profiles
Summary
V3 Seniority Dates Filters are very broad based and there is need to have filters at granular level or eligibility profile to enable configuration of the Seniority Dates for a specific group.Content
V3 Seniority Dates Currently the filters available are Worker Type, Country, Legal Employer, Union, Collective Agreement, Union Member.
This leaves us with only 3 filters for non-Union employees - Worker Type , Country and Legal Employer. These filters are very broad based.
There is a need to have some seniority dates setup and populated for a set of population within a particular LE / Country e.g. a Business Unit / Departments etc. With the current functionality once the date is configured it populates the date for all the employees based on the filter. There is no way to keep it blank for a certain set of population ( which can not be carved out using the Filters)
