is there any changes in the setup/configuration for assigning absence leaves for employees for the new year 2019

Hi, 

I am new to absence module and need help in setting up the plan for 2020. 

what are the changes i need to make in the existing configurations in order to bring the 2020 plans for all employees in the system? is there any setup or documentation available for that?
