Need inputs to get the OTL log data in Time Calculation Rules Fast formula

Hi All,
Previously we are able to get the OTL log values by using below SQL query but we are unable to get the 'Ff_Log_Data" data in 19D version. Please share inputs to get the OTL log data or do we need to enable any setup to get the data.
Version:Oracle Cloud Application 19D (11.13.19.10.0)
select hd.run_id, Hd.Run_Detail_Xml ruleSet_Log, Ln.Ff_Log_Data Rule_Log, hd.rule_set_name , ln.rule_name
FROM FUSION.HWM_RULE_RUN_INFO_HDR HD, FUSION.HWM_RULE_RUN_INFO_LINE LN
