Is it possible to grant different roles for groups of Visual Builder users?

Is there a way to configure fIne-grained authorization roles for Visual Builder Users?

For example, a group of users with edit capability and another group with view only?

Or a group of users with a role that limits access to a part of the application?

Are any changes coming to RBAC for application end users in upcoming versions?  

Any greater control over RBAC when Visual Builder moves to OCI Gen 2?
