What happen when i confirm suggested matches ?

Hi everyone, i have a dubt with the suggested matches, im not sure about what happen when i confirm a suggested match, that match will be open in any time line, and that time line have some relation with the maximum age limit that was defined on profile construction ( reconciliation adjustments/balance explanation)  ?
