HCM Position Hierarchy - organisation chart visible to line managers?

Hello,

Just a couple of quick queries for companies using position management:

• Do you use the HCM Position Hierarchy screen to check the reporting lines of the position?
  • Is it possible to give line managers access to this screen - we want them to own their positions and understand them further alongside the hierarchy of how their positions report to other positions (People Directory shows assignment employee hierarchy as opposed to position)
• Do you use the 'Manager' field of position?
  • If so, does this update the line manager of an employee when their position is changed i.e. will they inherit the manager of the position they report into?
