Summary

Since the latest patch was rolled out to PBCS on 12/20/2019, we cannot run any reports in PBCS. The screen freezes when we try to select POV on the POV selection screen.

Since the latest patch was rolled out to PBCS on 12/20/2019, we cannot run any reports in PBCS.  The screen freezes when we try to select POV on the POV selection screen.

We opened a severity 1 ticket with Oracle after our first SR did not receive prompt attention.  The engineer stated that multiple companies are impacted, but we are still waiting for a fix to be applied to our test instance to see if that will fix the issue.  They are apparently waiting for some type of internal approval before they could apply the patch.  Our instance of PBCS is basically inoperable at this time due to this issue.
