Hi,

 

1. Can someone explain what are these processes and where they are being documented ?

ESS process to check Search Cloud Service availability FAAdmin
Knowledge Article View Aggregation FUSION_APPS_CRM_ESS_APPID
Aggregate Service Requests FUSION_APPS_CRM_ESS_APPID
Send Communication FUSION_APPS_HED_SOA_APPID
Offline Tasks Executor FUSION_APPS_PSC_APPID

 

2. There have been many unknown ESS jobs running in the process monitor. More jobs get added with every new release

I believe many customers of Oracle SaaS Application, are have similar concerns. We have internal/external audits and tend to get lots of questions what are these IDs, why are these job running and what are these jobs doing. If these processes are internal to Oracle, can you please remove/hide them away from ESS monitor.
