I opened an SR with Oracle Support for ARCS over a month ago (SR 3-21557764331) and during this entire time, I have only received one response from Oracle support, saying, " Sorry for the delay. I'm in the process of restoring your snapshot to an internal test system and then testing to see if I can reproduce the issue." This response was now about 43 days ago. Since this one and only response, I have requested an update on the SR (29 days ago), and have even updated the SR severity to a Sev 1 (22 days ago) and again
