Hi All,

Happy new year. For upcoming 20A release we are trying to plan test coverage required. In last upgrade 19C, we went by release notes and we ran into a major issue with EDIT SHIPMENT action and had to fire fight for 2 weeks. This opened up lot of questions around release notes and visibility of actual changes to system.

1. Is release notes or items mentioned in release notes are final ?

2. If release notes doesn't show your thing, where we can get all impacted components. 

3. Does Oracle tests every patch from Buy and Sell perspective or only from one perspective. I am asking this because, last issue we encountered is because EDIT SHIPMENT was not working for Buy mode.
