This issue is very much common and mostly this can be resolved by bouncing the Foundation Services or all EPM Services; Inspite of bouncing all the services, only one User ( no issues for remaining users) is unable to access the Essbase when trying to use Smartview .
I have thoroughly check his access at Foundation Service and he has got relevant access infact all users who are part of the same group can login and access the application. Not sure why this particular user only This issue has cropped up after he changed the password at the network domain however he can access all Internal portal ( where OKTA sign on is integrated) ...
