Hello Everyone, 

We have configured our approval tasks for escalations to omit Saturdays and Sundays.

This past weekend we noticed that all our approval tasks (except Transfer) had been updated to now include Saturdays and Sundays in the days to be considered for escalating.

It may be that this issue occurred with the 19D update and we are just now noticing it.

Has anyone else had an issue with omitting Saturdays and Sundays from escalations.

Could there be a ESS scheduled process updating these escalation setting?

Any helps or thoughts for this would be much appreciated.
