Situation

We're using a combination of a Visual Builder web application and processes developed in Process. We built a parent process in Process consisting of a number of subprocesses being called (using a service activity, as these are called synchronously). The subprocesses contain a mix of human activities (such as registering data) and system activities (such as loading and saving data). New instances of the parent process are started through a message start event via a web application built with Visual Builder. Human activities in the subprocesses will
