Hi,

we've created a custom PO layout and data model. We linked it to the business unit via the Configure Procurement Business Function task. The custom layout works in manage orders by clicking the View PDF button - when the PO is in incomplete status. However, when the PO is approved and in 'Open' status following error message appears: the file was not downloaded or not downloaded correctly. The email notification 'PO implemented' therefore has no attachment. We have tried solution in   doc id 2072623.1 - but this did not work.
