Schedule a report on behalf of another user?

Hi all - I know that it's possible to create an agent that allows you to run a report as a specified user vs running it automatically as yourself.  This is fantastic as it maintains the user's security and does not take my security as the person scheduling the report.  However I am seeing this only works with OTBI reports and not with BIP reports.

Is there a way to do this same functionality with BIP reports?

I understand we can have the user schedule the report, but sometimes it's not possible to have them do it.  If it is not possible at all, without them signing in themselves, do you have processes you could share for auditing schedules to ensure that reports are not sent indefinitely and they follow security guidelines within Fusion (only see what you should see)?
